Adam,
thanks for the comment on Rudno. No, that's not the only wall, almost all walls are standing, but there's not much inside them. Nobody takes care of this and it's deteriorating, what a shame.

The photo was taken in the summer, but it was not long time ago that I rediscovered it and decided to give it a chance. If you like sunsets I would like to invite you to my gallery. I have there one or two sunset captures which may be of interest to you.

Thanks for all your compliments on my images. The cemetary pictured is in the arctic. People there can't be buried, so coffins have rocks piled over them for burial. I'm sure that the rocks do move around a bit, but the site is well maintined by the people in the town, and they get put back. That particular picture was originally taken in colour, which is why it looks washed out in B&W. I just thought it looked more remote and "quiet" that way.

cheers,
kim

Hi Adam,

I am glad you took advantage of my invitation and visited my "mysterious pond". Although it is situated in a very ordinary place on this day it looked exceptionally mysterious. I thought it would be appealing to the people who search for some unusual sceneries. Glad you found it interesting.

So you really visited my gallery: I have just discovered your comment on "sunblessed". That was a reward for the whole rainy day when I took this trip to the medieval castle in Czersk, Poland. Only for a short period of time there was a sun which illuminated the neighbouring fields... And that is the moment I captured in this image.

Yours,
Ewa

I have to admit that Jurassic Upland with its medieval ruins is one of the most beautiful places in Poland I visited so far. It has a unique charm especially in autumn. Please do follow the series.
