Is there a certian technique, just for personal reference, that you use in illustrator?? Please send me a personal message on how you do this......Thanks.
To answer a few of the questions here. The pink one is not having trouble - it has just rounded the orange mark and is in the process of raising its spinnaker, which then takes a moment to fill - possibly a bit slow, but certainle no trouble.
The shot is taken from a light plane (a Cessna 172 for those interested). My son is training to be a pilot and sets me up with one of his instructors. We take the window off and I shoot as he circles above the fleet. Over water our minimum allowed altitude is 500 feet and this is where we stay. Great fun! I have to be careful not to let the lens get into the propwash - it tends to shake around a bit!!!! The shots are taken a about f5.6 and 1/1500.

hi robert , thanks for your remarks on my «rain marbles» images , i am glad you like .
thanks for given me such a very good score on this work, i very much appreciate your opinion. i am happy to have a new visitor to my work and hope to hear from you again.
thanks.:-)
Thanks Rob for the comments you left on my Brand Snap images - I thought they were way underated as well - I guess people just forget that these images are supposed to be desktop wallpapers and arent interested unless they are faced with some homogenic Terragen nonsense.

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Thanks for letting me know that (Memory Lane) was one of your favorites Rob. I'm glad you liked it so much, it was stage two of my experiment with gradient mask layers. I appreciate the encouragement!
Me again. This time my thanks come from both Sally and me for your supportive comment on our collaboration #2.
Also, a word from me on your "style". Don't change! It's refreshing, unique, and I am anxious to see what other subjects you have yet to explore will include. ;)
Thanks for the comment on (Summer Magic) Rob. I have discovered that sort of edit does not fit many pictures, but I thought it was nice on that one, glad you liked it too~
hi robert , thanks for your kind words on my « queen of flowers » image , i am so happy that you appreciated it so much. thanks for taking the time to view my work. hope to hear from you again. :-)
Thanks so much for commenting on the "flow" of "A Run-in With a Sno-Cone." That was the effect I was hoping for. Also, I'm happy to know you appreciated the tractor photos. It isn't my intent to put the personal on here, but those I felt were unique enough. A good editing job could remove the personal too so I gave them a chance and appreciate that you did too.
Thanks for the comment on Green/Blue. I confess I did edit the colors a little myself, but it was only to make up for my (now replaced) camera's shortcomings. I promise it really did look that great in person. :-) Glad you enjoyed it!
thanks for the post Rob on MAC OSX Evolution - it was more of an affectionate swipe at apple than any thing else but I suspect long term Mac users will appreciate the gag.
