Hi, Russ. The Covered Bridge is just off the Kancamagas Highway at Albany, NH. It was the first covered bridge west of Conway.

Thanks for dropping by. Take care and God bless.

Thanks Russ for comments and suggestions on Lofty Goals. They are much appreciated. I'll keep that in mind about the fill flash option. The poles I left in intentionally because they're entrance to corral. Perhaps I should have cropped them out but I liked the look. Have a good day and thanks again for your candor.

Hi Russ,

You asked where my upload PLUMES was taken and it was on Canon Mountain in Franconia Notch, NH. I took a number of them, and even though this one wasn't the best, I thought it might have some dramatic appeal.

Thanks for your support!

That's a shame about those plums. They are a little sensitive. People try to cultivate them and they just don't react well. Left alone, they seem to go on for 25 or 30 years. One old-timer used to saw up fallen trunks and limbs in long diagonals and make plaques from them. The wood is so rich and fine-grained. A little lacquer and they are beautiful beyond words. Thanks for dropping by.
