When I got tired of running from you
I stopped right there to catch my breath
There your words they caught my ears
You said, “I miss you son. Come home”

Thanks Kirby for your very nice comment on 'Summer Mansion'. Glad you like it. I still can feel the sun and smell the blooms since this was such a wonderful vacation :o)
Thanks so much for your lovely words on my "scent of the history#5"..!...This friday I go to Prague: I hope to have a good time for the pictures..All the best!
Kia Ora Kirby, thanks so much for taking the time to leave me a comment of Narrow View. It is much appreciated.
I tried several different frame types, none looked really right, maybe it would have been better to have left it without !
The acacia was so tall and my camera is not so " high performance"..but I'm glad you liked my work" Under Acacia" and I thank you so much for your very nice comment on it!!
Thank you for the coment on "dare to enter" for comenting I will let you know what is in the inside. I know from exprence that the door leads to a long hallway, in the hallway are opeings to small rooms (i'm guessing shel, powder and ploting rooms) there are parts of the roof that are falling in and it leads to an idential mortar battery. Years ago I adventured in there with my father and brothers from the orther side and had to come all the way back since they door was locked shut.

Really, sincerely appreciate your nice comments on "The Dragon".
Glad you enjoyed it.
If you like that one, you may like the next one I'll post tomorrow. Same guy, just incredible difference in the lighting and what it does to his coloring.
Hi Kirby!
Thanks for your detailed and thoughtful comments on "When in London." I really appreciate it. I'm glad that you liked the photo! What you said in your comment was exactly what I was trying to show.

Kirby, thanks so much for taking a look at 'Gold". I think it's great you like the "bangs" as a friend of mine here on Caedes offered to remove them! (take a look at Phasmid's gallery - see "Gold without Bangs", believe it not!) Looking at your gallery - I've heard Brasil was beautiful and you've shown us that. Your work is very nice! Thanks again for your note. Tell me - how did you come upon "Gold"?? ~Mary~
Crusty old tree,
I believe as you that if you see a shot take it, if it sucks delete it but if it’s interesting post it and take the critiques of some because there is always going to be someone, such as yourself, that finds it as interesting and enjoyable as you did. Thank you for your encouragement… Joe
Thanks for the comments on my shot of the Charles Bridge. The city sure is an amazing place and makes for great pictures. Keep your eyes out for one of the prague castle coming soon....Thanks again.
OUUFFF! ...you can't imagine how hot can be here..40-42°C..Thank you so much for your very nice comment on "Beautiful end"..I'm very grateful for it! :)
Hi Kirby! Thanks a million for your detailed and creative analysis on Dover Window. From your gallery I know you have a real appreciation for the interplay of light and buildings, particularly those in Europe. Love your work, brother! Cheers!

thank you so much 4 your eloquent and perceptive appraisal of my "chinese birds".sometimes it takes an outsider to bring out,as in poetry, facets of the work the creator is unaware of.i especially value YOUR comments.a bientot(as alain might say),simon.
thanks for (as usual)intelligent and eloquent opinions re.my"threatened couple".i have to say i'm surprised at the general concensus that this is a disturbing portrayal of family relationships.for me the threat looms large from the right in the form of an inflated planet/sun.perhaps i'm wrong!
Salut, mon ami!! ..glad to be back! my vacation was really excellent!..Thanks a lot for your very nice words on "Vaux Le Vicomte castle"..You are so kind to me! :))
