Hi Milka it was a perfect day for a picnic no bugs, no wind and hardly any people as you can see. and a great view It's the same view as from the expensive restaurants but a whole lot cheaper, you don't have to mind your table manners and outdoors the food will taste a whole lot better.
Glad you liked Table Rock Lake
Golden Pool is one of the many hot spring in Yellowstone National Park Wyoming. The golden algae grows in the hottest water in the hot spring followed by orange, brown colors, thanks for liking the golden color!
I just love the lagoons at Balmy Palms they are so peaceful as you can see no one is there. Many tourists just stay on crowded Waikiki Beach. Mahalo Milka
Hi Milka, "Where is the Exit" I was staying at a Wilderness Nature Lodge and everything was decorated to make you feel like you were in the middle of the forest. Thanks for droping in
Thanks Milka for enjoying Philipsburg
St. Maarten they have wide sidewalks along Great bay with lots of tropical plants and lined with outdoor cafes and shops to stop in making it tourist friendly
Hi!
Thank you for your comment on my pic "Soft Steps".

And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
Thanks Milka for your interesting story about Petrified Logs, Yes no boats, beaches, or water for awhile. Nothing but barren badlands and petrified wood for a time.

Hello Milka thanks for looking at Keawa'Ula Bay in late afternoon, many people think that all the beach's in Hawaii are full of tourists but many are very empty like this one. Most tourists just stay on Waikiki beach in Honolulu and never explore the rest of the island

Agate House is located on top of a small hill within the Rainbow Forest. Pottery artifacts date the pueblo to A.D. 1150 to 1350 - It is thought that this pueblo may have only been occupied for a short period of time because of the limited number of artifacts found...thanks Milka for looking at the side wall of Agate House

Thank you for your friendly words about Valley View Milka..yes you could see so far from there...it was pretty at night when the lights of the city were on.
I am in awe how our natural world is alive with beauty, wonder and mystery.
When you see nature at it's truest, you do not need Picasso, or Da Vinci, or Van gogh....it is sublime in it's perfection and purity"
I am an outdoor nature lover, maybe that is why you don't often see many buildings or city views in my shots
Thank you Milka for your thoughtful words about my agate log
thank you so much for the kind comment on the driftwood frame. i am so intrigued with the shapes and texture of driftwood. jen

Hi Milka, It is true that the Great Salt Lake looks very different from up above than from down below. We were all the way up on top of the mountain range when I took this shot. The views were absolutely incredible up there.
Thanks again,
~Kim
Hi Milka- I agree with you...snow can take its own sweet time in getting here. Thanks for stopping in and leaving such a kind comment on Coming Soon.

Good morning Milka
Thank you for visiting and commenting on "Waiting the Tide". That particular beach is not very frequented (which makes the local residents happy) and yes, it is very peaceful. A good place to contemplate.
Music is more than the notes we hear; it is the spaces between the notes that make it complete.
Hi Milka the mallard ducks were timid and friendly it was getting attacked by aggressive, pushy and very tall white geese with sharp beaks pecking my ankles so hard it hurt. You need to enlarge the picture to see the White Geese far back
Hey, Diane, I saw something white behind, but I don't make the difference between these cute creatures. But I trust you. And maybe everybody is mean when is hungry? LOL It payed a little pain for a nice photo, nobody said that art is easy and painless.
Maybe I was too hard on the Geese calling them mean. I changed it to ill tempered The mallard ducks are wild where the white geese belong to the Old Mill Stream Restaurant and are feed by the owners....Thanks Milka for caring if the geese are hungry.
I am a animal lover honest! LOL
They do things a little different down in Costa Rica...I guess it was suppose to be a waterfall...I took one look laughed and said "That looks like a elephant peeing in the pool"
Thanks for your kind words Milka
Meet My New Avatar... Pfaltzgraff Royal Holiday Dinner Plate
Playa Hermosa in English...Beautiful Beach I'm rather partial to it myself. It is a black sand beach.
It was so cheap during rainy season I had to see Costa Rica for myself...The only mishap I was stung by a jellyfish very badly.
It rained almost all the time...the sun was out for only about 1 hour a day...thanks Milka

I have learned every safety tip and rule about the ocean so I know exactly what to do in every situation So I am not afraid of the water and jump in and enjoy it following a few common sense rules...I thought I would post this photo to help others have a fun beach holiday without any problems...Thanks Milka
Thanks for sharing the sunrise with me from my 9th floor balcony Milka I'll make tea or hot chocolate instead of coffee with the donuts and we can sit outside...looks like pretty day at deadly Daytona Beach we can look for sharks and watch people carried away in rip tides..LOL. . I do take sunrise/sunset shots but rarely put one up
I did a road tour all across Canada from the East Coast to the West and the Canadian Rockies were my most
favorite place of the whole trip...thanks for looking at

Banff Milka..... one of the most beautiful places in North America
About Early Morning on the Shore.. The beach and boats may be ready for the day but it was off season so there were no crowds and the place pretty much was nearly empty all day. But I liked it calm and peaceful just the way it was. The moon did look neat in the bright blue sky...thanks for commenting Milka
Thank you for the kind comment you made on "A Dark and Dreary Day #2", it is most appreciated.I'm so lucky that I only live a 6 or 7 minute drive from the seafront and the lovely Perch Rock Lighthouse.
