Wings of the sun Uploaded: 08/21/12 8:29 PM GMT

Image: Wings of the sun

Didn't bring my SLR with me when going to work that morning, but luckily I had my SG2 with me. The quality is not that bad, but it is not that good either. The photo still works, one way or the other. It was taken at "Lammefjorden", Zealand, Denmark

Hey Kristian,

Thanks for taking the time to view and comment on my "Break Time".

Just a fun image and some playing around in Photoshop. But ... as I found out, a topical subject for some. ;o)

Thanks again,

Les.

p.s. Re: Your "Fast shooter" photo ... I do understand your point about not using a tighter crop and giving the shot some 'volume'.

I misspoke. I meant to suggest a crop that would give the image a 'wide screen' look, if you will. Maintaining the volume that you make mention of ... and ... bringing a little more visual attention to your focal subject ... annnd creating, or adding to the sense of horizontal movement ... possibly.

Think that's a little clearer.

It's still a great shot and your choice in presenting it as you did, was a good one. :o)

Hey Kristian,
Thank you for you comment on "Broken Dreams II"
I intended the photo to be dark, and i don't understand what you mean when you say blurred that's exactly what the sky looked like at the time i cant make the sky any clearer?
And the camera was on a tripod :)
I appreciate your constructive criticism.
