There is a company here that takes old railroad cars and salvages the useable components. Right here they have taken all the useable wheels and lined them up to put them on Railroad flatbed cars and send them East to another company to refurbish and then re-sell them. As for where they are located, is on old railroad tracks located in Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
