People gathering for the Canada Day Parade in Fort Saskatchewan. Originally I thought that the colour version, with bright umbrellas would be a jolly counterbalance to the dreary rainy conditions.
But then I thought a damp blue tint would reinforce the awful conditions. If you look carefully, you might spot the optimistic expression that it would all blow over (which I'm pleased to say that it did). Thought this would be suitable for a 'weather' themed contest: rain, puddles, damp people. Enjoy (only if wearing wellies).
