That would be the Black Mountain Tower and the Captain Cook Water Spout in Canberra, the National Capital of Australia. (No, Sydney is not the capital city of Oz.) Taken with the little Lumix FH2 the other day on my way home from work. The Spout is off more often than it's on, so I took advantage of the big wind creating that delicious veil.
