A 1995 U.S. made medical disaster film starring Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman among a large cast. My entry for the SNATM theme. I've been asked by a mod to explain how I make some of these. I've generally been using a picture of a blank white canvas of paper or snow with a lot of grainy crystals. I then use the Smart Photo Editor program to find an effect which partially overlays my picture. I then move that product to my Adobe program to tweak it the way I want. I may use as many as 4 photo editing programs on a shot.
