Not Able to Download Pics

No matter what browser I use..Safari, Firefox, Camino or Opera I am
not able to download a picture for my iMac 20" display. The thumbnail
picture noes not enlarge. In the past this was not an issue. Any help
would be appreciated.

I have been having the same problem with a PC. In fact, I couldn't even get on site because the (Caedes) server was taking too long to respond. This has been going on for several days now and I have tried two different browsers.
