Oh boy, three more entries and what a diversity...something profound by Rich, a nice mix of light and shadow by Bob, and something quite unique from Steve...all great submissions and bringing us to 22 entries in just the first week since the challenge started.

And with the addition of Lori's wonderful fractal thanks to Les, we are now at 30 submissions...in under one week...that's fantastic!

IS THAT WHAT I THINK IT IS?
Mimi & Me have a few different ideas but recently a dear Owd friend on the site sent me a suggestion for a challenge theme and we thought it might be pretty interesting and hope you do too...SHADOWS.
To borrow a few words from a site I visited recently...(betterphoto.com)... "Shadows create fascinating pictures on their own, and they also are beautiful when paired with their parent object. The contrast between the image and its shadow makes an amazing photograph". After viewing some of the shadow images on that site I would heartily agree.
So, we're looking for lots of creativity and variety, hopefully something brand new, but as before, if you currently have something in your gallery that you strongly feel would be a good entry for this theme, you may submit it.
All art forms are welcome to participate and we hope you do but if it proves a bit difficult for fractalists, don't worry...sometime we'll have a challenge JUST for fractals.

Deadline to submit entries is 2 weeks from today...Tuesday, May 26th. 9 P.M. Pacific Time...
