Hey Geri... The Wallpaper Search seems not to find new images! I tried searching for two different New Images with no luck other than bad! My first try on a Main Gallery image was successful! Is this a feature, a bug or slip of the ??? Of course I really feel I know the answer since the New Images were only recently pulled out of the Main Gallery! :o)

How new are the new images that you tested this on? The index for the search engine is only updated once every 24 hours.

The latest image I Wallpaper Searched was found on page 39 of the new images... Steve (braces) couldn't find it... after having been notified 'Good To Be Back' was permed (his post) he couldn't find it. I did a visual search in the New Images because I was aware of this problem.

Just checked... 1/09/2010... six days ago!

I just checked and verified that at least some new images do appear in the search listings. The image that you can't find may have been archived (and thus does not appear in the search), or it may have been left off because the search returned more than the maximum number of images (100 I think).

Ok... I was indeed able to Wallpaper Search and find an image from gabi - sundown at the canyon...
braces - good to be back was not findable... but that could have been a problem with FF v4.0 b3or4... I now have b5 and the search is now working for me. Yesterday, I had discovered some other problems with ff so I must check to see if the latest version has fixed them. There were no such probs in IE... guess I shoulda checked the search in IE too! Slipped! Sorry! I'll remember this! :o)
