I have been getting my own images for approval sometimes just after I have posted it. A negative judgement in such cases cannot be expected :)

Raj, This is what *caedes wrote on the front page when he initiated this function:
"If you get one of these "Image Approval" jobs, you don't have to vote if you don't want to. The job will automatically delete after one hour or after enough other members vote."

I usually see mine show up as well but always decline to vote. It's simply the right thing to do.

If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
I think it's just a random computer thing...You don't have to vote on it if you choose not to...
