A few wondered about the colored version of this shot, so here it is. I would stick around and visit, but coffee and cold weather make for damp bedfellows.

The Tree stands out great against that sky...R.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), it's a beautiful image too. Both the B&W and color version have their own characteristics and charm. Therefore, to me, it's better to judge them separately rather than to compare them.

Thanks for this fine one Tick! I'll enjoy them separately, lol.

They are both wonderful in their own ways though I prefer the B/W. Hmmm...still no leaves? Thanks, Tick.

Great in color too Tick - I think maybe the sky drama comes out netter in the color version.

I cannot decide which version is prettier Tick. Both are equally good.

I agree with Sandi. Certainly both are fine, but Black and White tends to create more drama.

could this be the resting spot of the one and only MockingJay? perhaps the inspiration to the song in the movie.

i like this B/W version much better TicK. seems more dramatic with the skies.
