The grassy hay fields were especially beautiful this year because of all the rain. When you add a blue sky, green vegetation, barbed wire fence, some sunshine and shadows and a golfer's bench; then you are ready to enjoy the day. The No Carts sign even took the opportunity to take in the surroundings. It was a gorgeous day to golf or just sit and relax. Your choice.

Good thing they have those along the way. It is nice to rest after an hour of hunting for your ball. Nice photo and lovely field in the background.

A few trips to a driving range some years ago more than convinced me I should just sit and watch from then on:)...and what a lovely spot with a bit of shade here to do just that...a very appealing setting and nicely composed and captured.

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), be careful that your golf ball won't be lost behind the fence, so my advice is to choose for the latter option, 😜 !

I was wondering if Bob would make an appearance, if in name only. Most of the newer Caedesians (probably 7 years or newer) most likely have no idea of his affinity for benches or our old habit of collecting them in his name. We should start something like that up again, y'know?
