As a thumbnail it looks a little washed out and that continues when I'm looking at it as a page from your gallery. When I enlarge it, however, that texturing filter or tool you've used really makes it come alive. Full frame like this it comes across as an over-exposed photo. I really think it would play better if you made it just a little darker in the Exposure menu (if you're using Photoshop), and then crop it very tight, from just below his claws to a little bit above his tail above his head, and from well into the dark furry area left of his backside to the original right edge of the image. This ratio will make it fit a typical flat-screen monitor. Add a thin black border, a thinner medium green border (pulling a hue from inside the image) and finish with a thicker black border. The black border will make the whole thing pop. Actually, I'm just describing what I just now did with a copy of it and I think it looks very nice. It's still your image image, though. You found the scene, shot the photo, and applied the filter. All I did was make it pop a little.
