One for Wacky Wednesday! I did not know what this was when I first saw it. I thought it looked like a little robotic soldier!
This is a Lightning Warning System. It is located at a park with a couple of ball fields and was installed to protect the players. It's very loud, as I can hear when this goes off a mile away at my home.
I'm hoping that someone else will think this is interesting, as well! lol

Down here, we're the lighting capitol of the country, so that thing would be going 24/7 in the summer! It is probably why I don't see these down here to begin with.
