My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
It does indeed look like a china coffee cup. The subjective lighting and the near-wallpaper feel to the undulating strips immediately brought to mind the dream/psyche sequence near the conclusion to Sybil, the award-winning drama starring a young Sally Field. Instead of normal daylight spreading throughout her childhood home, "Sybil's" the dark and threatening memory of her various personalities is expressed through very selective lighting. Your fractals, Bruce, are so well done with such detail, that they can easily mean different things to different people. It's one of the things I really appreciate about this art form.
