I caught a lovely 18" brown trout on this bend. Fabulous day for fishing!

How did you have the trout done - I mean cuisine-wise [both undersigned are fish-eaters!]?

Beautiful scene! Lovely colors and I bet that trout was delicious. Makes me want to run over to the Smoky Mts. and catch some trout and a contest shot, BUT NO! Our government has shut it down. :(
