Hawkesbury Lagoon, a protected wildlife sanctuary is semi-tidal and home to many bird species. Situated in Otago, New Zealand. This was my first visit there - such a peaceful place - we encountered only one other human! Taken with Canon 450D . . Thank you for viewing.. Comments always welcome and appreciated.

Rather huge 'mirror' Lyn, think it's large enough for the one person you've met to use it as a shaving mirror, lol.
Splendid post again!

A lot of houses across the way for no humans to be around LE. Perhaps there are other beings?

I like the reflections very much. I look forward to more shots from this humanless place.

Wonderful shot! I'm really surprised no one was around there in a boat, or canoe. I guess beautiful things next door are so often taken for granted, therefore neglected.

Beautifully composed, with the low perspective over the lagoon. It feels like I could be there. A visual pleasure. Love the color tones. Saved.
