Another shot from today with Panasonic DMC FZ28. I converted it to b/w to better convey the calmness of the resting fishing boats. Thank you for viewing. Opinions appreciated :)

Good idea to convert to b/w LE. It does have a calming effect. The soft white vignetting does as well. Good eye and good edit.

Reminds me of an old shot I would find at my grandfather's house. B&W was a perfect choice for this.

well, I have the same camera, but my photos are never this good, which proves that it's not that much about the machine, as it is about the eye behind it. :) you are so very talented!
I like the composition, but I love what you did with the pic in photoshop. you have a great taste. great work!
