Looks like the mist is rising here and the sun is breaking through. I don't know what temps are in NZ in March, but it looks like it's going to be a warm day.

Beautiful capture, Lyn. I like the low clouds and the gradual loss of visibility as you go further in towards the montains

Beautiful photo, my friend. Very picturesque! The white clouds on the peak tear off the mist. Great lighting for a dull day's scene.

Another breathtaking image, LynEve! The silvery-gray light on this landscape is spectacular. I love the gossamer clouds and the way the haze obscures the distant peaks. The trees and glint of sunlight on the water in the bottom right add an excellent touch to the composition. Bravo!

Can see why they used this place for the movie. Simply a breath-taking shot! The trees on the right side really lead the eyes over to the snow top mountain.

A delightful panorama that could be a mountain range almost anywhere except for the inclusion of those unusual trees, looking like they were playing a game of leap-frog on their way to the shore. The whole image is beautiful but the trees give it perspective and an exotic character. Love it enough to put it in my favorites file. Thanks, Lyn and Happy New Year!
