St. Louis Zoo. Why doesn't the little dummy go under the branch instead of trying to crawl over it? I watched him for the longest time and he never did figure it out. Must be relation to me somewhere down the line.

It is trying to escape by catapulting itself over the wall Owd Momma. It doesn't realize it is not a cat. More of the rodent family I would say.

Even humans do that sometimes Pat. Instead of going around the sofa to get something you reach out and upsets something in the bargain. The squirrel apparently is quick moving but slow thinking type !

That is tooo cute...and such perfect clarity and color. I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong with my camera...but with images like this, it's probably operator error.
