This is Mama-San. She won't win any beauty contests but she will win in bravery. One day several months ago she came dragging herself home, all bloody and with her right front leg useless. I was sitting on the front porch and she almost made it to me when she collapsed. I still have no idea what got her. I was afraid her front leg would have to be removed. The vet said he thought it was nerve damage and if I was willing to work with her leg she might regain full use of it. I kept her in the house with me for weeks upon end. She seemed to understand what I was trying to do. She did regain full use of the leg and is now my best mouser.

Lucky that she made it back to you! It could have been an encounter with some wild animal. At least you have her back in full swing. Nice image Pat.

Your dedication and love for her helped her through rough times. I think she is beautiful, and I like how you captured the look in her eyes. Faved. I had a kitty cat that was kicked by a horse, and lost use of her hind legs, i worked with her daily, but did not get the results you got. Kudos for this sweet image of her. Tigs♥ =^..^=

I'm not keen on cats, but I like to take photos of them, and see others photos, especially nice ones like this one. I like the lighting, and the end of the story ... good job from you all around.
