I love those staircases out front and I'm also drawn to the porch or veranda (depending on what neck of the woods the viewer hails from). I get the sense of sitting out there on one of those white chairs with a tall glass of iced lemonade, pushing back the heat of late morning. Looking at the group of photos you have of this place, was it against the rules for you to climb those steps and get a tall, "comfortable seat" view of the veranda, from floor to ceiling, giving us a better sense of what it's like to be a guest here?
