Terrific view of the Manti La Sal mountains they have many National Forest campgrounds there. Love the red sandstone with the snow on the mountains above...

Paul this is so 'real' I feel the sunshine and am sure I could reach out and touch the rock.
To capture this so well requires great skill which you certainly have and your gallery is testament to that.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Interesting how the late rays of sun make for pink snow. It happens in the morning as well but it's usually a colder red, not so warm and orange like this. I'm counting 10 layers of color, light, shadow, and form here. At first glance it seems so simple and yet I can study each segment at length.
