Whoaaaaaaaaaah....nice! Very nice. My gosh, that's drop-dead beautiful. We got some pretty country over here too, don't we? Ya just gotta travel so blasted far to see it all. KEEP-PAH
You give Picture Perfect a all new meaning on this one! The quality is top notch on this! I don't believe you could do any better. Contrast, angle, subject matter and everything else Is just done perfectly.
I do have one complaint though, How come I don't have scenes like that where I live?? lol Perfect Job!!!
Ongelooflijk mooi Paul, maar je had dan ook alles mee om dit 'kunstwerk' te maken ! En een kunstwerk hoort naar mijn mening in een museum voor 'schone kunsten' John !
This image is better appreciated in full screen as it is breath taking indeed. The colours of the ground and rocks contrasted against that sky are wonderful. Fav'd and thank you for sharing! Ann
When I got out of the Navy in California and headed back home, a buddy and I drove through a part of Wyoming where everything was red like this. However, even my 20-year-old eyes (then, not now) didn't see that landscape as clearly as I see yours now. A real eye-popper. If John Ford had been able to shoot this place in color, in his old western films, his movie characters would have had some real competition in the landscape. Places like this need a partly-cloudy sky to cast shadows. Otherwise it's difficult to gauge the real scale of the place--you picked the perfect sky for it. Wow! Saved and faved.

This one should be on the cover of National Geography. When we were their that road was so rough, i didn't think we were going to make it back out. Stark raving beautiful. Peace and happiness. Dwight.
