I walked this trail about two years ago, but they doubled the length of it last year. It is "only" four miles long, but you change elevation 1,500 feet four times in that distance. It isn't just the sights that get your heart racing. The first part is through the woods and the first overlook of the canyon is nice, but not really spectacular. But then you take the side trail down into the canyon that includes a ladder and a "fat man's squeeze" to come to this place going along the size of a cliff. I had to get fellow hikers to pose just so you could appreciate the size of this place.
