Small moth of some sort on a thistle. For a weed, I really like the complex patterns that a thistle bloom displays.

I like how, from the leaves to the receptacle to the blossom, it's spikes, spikes, and more spikes, rather like looking at a micro version of medieval fortifications. That's quite a defense mechanism the thistle has created over its evolution. The color contrast between the blossom and the moth is very nice, as well as the detailed bokeh.
