My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
What a peaceful looking place, a great spot to stroll with your better seven-eighths or stop to read a book on a bench. Apparently, Lincoln has gardens to match the fantastic array of architectural examples found on N Street and numerous others. I would recommend visiting this beautiful city to anyone who is passing by on I-80. The capitol building alone is worth the detour. Did you happen to get a shot of the art deco-esque water fountain in this park, Jeff? When I searched for the location of the park, that fountain was a prominent first photo in a sidebar.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
The fountain is undergoing major renovations at the moment. I avoided taking pictures of all the construction. Perhaps next year it will be back again.
