These are the falls below Smith Falls. I never can remember the name because it is named after the family that owns the land and it is an unusual name. But the falls are pretty.

Using Google maps to look around the area of Smith Falls, I have tried to figure out the name of this cascade, but the only listing I have found a little ways downstream from Smith is a place called "Vault Toilets", but I'm thinking that it's unlikely to be the name of the falls or the family name. Well... maybe.
All stupidity aside, this is a lovely spot, Jeff, and thank you for the capture and share.
