Don't ask me the name of this bird of pray. It looks as though he is wearing a mask like they use on falcons but there is no mask - his head is like that!

Looks like a Vulture of some sort to me Raj, I love that colourful head. He looks so good against the blurred background.

Do they have road kill in the canals Raj? Is so he is waiting for his next meal. They are very colorful in a deadpan sort of way. Good post.
