I have often posted this view but I took this photo last Saturday just to show the crowds that were there. It was so crowded with the tourists here for the Easter holidays that I decided to leave immediately after this shot !!

Good take of the busy area, and I would have high tailed it too.

I agree Raj - I would have returned at a less busy time - although the streets of downtown Chicago are like this most days. (Glad I don't have to go down there every day anymore.) I like your perspective in this _ I can see all the way down to the curve in the river.

It will only get worse as the weather warms Raj. That's more people then lives in my little town.
It does show off your beautiful city. Well done.

It certainly is a busy photo (and that's a lot of its charm), and I'm diggin' it Raj, but I don't think I could be sure where it was except for trixxie's comment (I did guess it correctly before seeing hers, though). Nowadays, when I see a view like this during a holiday, I'm always taking a deep breath afterwards, that all these people were able to enjoy their holiday without having some nutjob with a gun or a bomb ruin it for them. Unfortunately it's the world we now live in. Better here than in Europe, though (... so far).
