The heron in this surrounding is perfect. Really like this capture, I love the textures in the sand, and the details of the heron, I think this is a winner for the contest!

That looks like an adult version of a Black- Crowned Night Heron, and a beach is a most appropriate place to find one. He must have been on the hunt when you found him. For the contest? What letter or number character is represented here? I can't find it.
