The cooler and rainy weather here made things slower this season, however the bloom smiles have now started. This is one of my favorite roses, hope you enjoy her too. Thank you for your views and comments!
I forgot how good your roses looked Ace until I saw this beauty. I might have sacrificed the bud on the right for a tighter crop but what do I know. I like it enough to fave.
HAPPY DAYS!!!!!!!! We are finnally lucky enough to be blessed with your blooms!!! And I mean that with all of my heart Stan. Your first of the year certainly surpasses anything from the past. Well done.
Stan, Billy has said it so well in his above comment. Therefore I like to agree with him for more than 100%, lol. Thanks for this splendid post. Saved & Faved instantly! Regards, Cornelius.
AVATAR BY PJ............... i've been so bad about commenting on your photos. believe me when i say i look at them all. feel free to NOT comment on mine. Please Visit My Gallery
A beautiful rose and a stunning photo! The shades of pink and orange are exquisite. Love the sharp detail and excellent contrast. Top-notch work here, Stan. Well done! It's great to see the roses and your photographs return.
I just gave this one a ten in the booth. The bokeh is perfect, as is the color, the focus on the center of the flower (and it doesn't stop there - most of it is in focus - a rarity), and the placement of subject. A ten. I know the mods will toss that ten because it's outside the "norm" -- a bizarre and manipulative policy, I believe -- but I wanted you to know you got a ten from me because you earned it. I think you did the best job with this image that you could have done.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . .
