Sun coming up on this wet field of wild flowers. Thought these might be Black Eyed Susan, but now I don't know if that is right. Passing it along anyway.
Think you're right, Carol. It's official name is Rudbeckia hirta. I wonder if you were on your belly while taking this very fine Foofy Friday (F²) contribution, 😁 . Perfectly chose vantage point anyhow!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

Carol, I congratulate you on getting down so low to take this wonderful picture. I'd still be there waiting for the crane to arrive to lift me back up!!! The sun's rise will provide the warmth to lift these flowers back up after the cold night is a memory.
Most people simply shoot flowers, Carol, myself among them. You've managed to get the planet and its atmosphere in the same photo, with amazingly beautiful results. I believe that it's images like this that are used for inspirational posters in offices, to boost morale and bring some beauty into an otherwise sterile environment. Right into my favs, thankee.
