Hated the original wallpaper so much (it appeared to bleed) that I threw it out after several months and redid it using the same render and the same name. Now I'm happy, and still have my sweet malignance.

Chaotica render information:

Date render ended: 8 August 2015
Elapsed time: 15h 22m
SL 16.26

Wallpaper created 11 September 2016 (in Photoshop CS5).

Title is perfect! Oh dear! The web of some evil thing is reaching out and getting nearer!

I like the light in the center and the gossamer-look of the web.

Thanks, both!

"The web of some evil thing is reaching out and getting nearer!"

:-P I suspect we're both already in the web here. Soon all that will be left is a jumbled heap of chipmunk bones.

The swirling, frenetic "clouds" appear to mask the intensity of the malignant core. Luckily for us, it's art and not something that will keep us from waking up tomorrow. Nice work, Sandra, very nice.

This is really stunning work Sandra, I think you achieved your goal in spades. It's complex and busy, without being overwhelming. The inspiraling lines of force could be the magnetic field lines of a neutron star or black hole. In which case, things are about to get dire. And I'm amazed that something this rich and intricate can be made so (relatively) quickly now, when just a few years ago it could have been hanging as a print in a high end art gallery. "How did she do that"?, they would ask. And you would only smile.
