Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.
-Josemaria Escriva
THANKS to you all for taking the trip through Colorado with me. I sincerely appreciate all the wonderful comments and very good input. I'm always happy to see you at My Gallery. I appreciate all of you. Thanks, Anita
Even though my eye tells me it's real, my feelings are that this is a very well executed painting. It's just the impression I get from the way everything is so perfect, from the shadows, to the detail on the unopened flower... extending to the background as well with all the added detail and angles coming into play...well, it's making me want to describe all the things I like about it, so it must have moved me, but I won't blow you over with hot air..lol.. :)PJ
It's beautiful Frank. Love the color and, like you, the wonderful curves and lines. I'd love to see this with some sort of painting effect. It reminded me just a hint of a Georgia O'keefe painting. anne :-)
Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
