They scatter when he turns up...First time doing wild life with my Panasonic G80 + Leica 100-400mm Lens...So much easier than humping around a DSLR and a large telephoto lens...It's a n age thing..I got home feeling a lot less weary...R.

Wow, that's a good camera/lens combination and the side lighting is just enough to make the bird pop without wash. A family of Richardson hawks would take up residence in a tall grove of trees behind my office each year, for a month or two, and during that time you wouldn't see the many squirrels that live there. It wasn't so much that they were falling victim to the hawks--though some were--but rather they were all hiding. This one's a keeper.
