Northern English A toilet, especially an earth closet.;an outside netty shared between two or three families..We have of course moved on since then.........We had the door fixed....R.
In my neck of the woods, "Netty" is an affectionate nickname for commonly-used "Annette" or the rarely-used "Henrietta". As for outdoor toilets it's Biffy, Privy, Outhouse, Backhouse, the Long drop, Crapper, Toidy, The Throne, or, depending on it's size, 2-holer, 3-holer, or the farmer's dream, the 4-holer.

I have never seen anything like this, unique to say the least. Really good capture, textures and colors are strong, composition is great. Best of luck in the contest!
Reminds me of Merle Haggard's "Swinging Doors," Count. I think we were on page 241 of the Sears Catalog when we moved inside. Great shot, funny narrative and a good one for the contest.
