Richie, this storm is heading for our little country right now. There is a warning for very heavy wind gusts with likely significant damage. Everyone is advised to stay indoors as much as possible.
If your country has also issued such a warning, ignoring it has produced an excellent and dramatic photograph. Very impressive.

Very dramatic is right - we were blasted with snow again so I don't know if the heavy rain or snow is worse! From the looks of this I'd say the rain!

I cannot comprehend why I am so attracted to this photograph ...for me it is an exceptional image, one that sinks in my mind with such admiration for what you have accomplished with this scene. This is surely one of my all time favorites on Caedes ... absolutely stunning, Bravo! This is now my new screen saver ... stunning, thank you!

A good time to be inside a sheltering home as well built as these are... at least the walls, anyway. That sky certainly adds tremendous drama to the scene. Good catch.
