I am starting a new series today called the Springs. No this is not a raging river. This comes out of a hole in the ground just a few feet wide about a half a mile back from where this shot was taken. It winds through the forest with natural waterfalls and beautiful scenery. It is located in the Chickasaw National Recreation area right outside of the small town of Sulphur Oklahoma. Which when you smell the town you will know it was well named as well. here is a link to the Chickasaw National Rec area. It is a great place to visit.

The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

I like pigs. Dogs look up to us. Cats look down on us. Pigs treat us as equals

Billy - I'm looking forward to the remaining photos in this series. This waterway may not be raging, but the cascading water is impressive. Thad

It will have to be really good to rival your recent waterfalls series BTK. The smell of sulphur isn't exactly a great aroma.
Good start to the series.
