Wow! Your corn is all tassled out already? Ours has a ways to go. Here we say "knee high by the fourth of July". That is one weatherbeaten old barn, but nice color contrast with the green of the corn and the trees and the blue sky. Fran

Great find and good detail. Shame the roof is so dilapidated as this barn won't last long in this condition.

Billy - The barn is not in the best condition. I think if we wait another few years, the barn will be well hidden even after the harvest! lol Terrific HDR work on this farm scene. Thad

Any town that spawned Wyatt Earp and Harry S. Truman is good enough for me. The corn looks good there. You are pretty close to your home state BTK. The sky looks a little turquoise. I like old barns and this one definitely qualifies.

Stuff the barn, just give me the corn on the cob and lots of butter ;-)

Great shot Billy. Surely does bring back memories of our farm. The corn would get so tall you could not see the barn from the pond below.

Well would be nice to see it after the corn is gone ?

The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
