A wider angled shot of the wind farm just off the coast at New Brighton. From The Promenade we can not only see this farm but a large one further west off the coast of North Wales and they are planning even bigger farms in the area.

This really gives a great perspective Caruso. Are they making a big difference in your economy or increasing the availability of electricity? A good scene.

What kind of fertilizer do the farmers use to grow their wind? LOL. (Redneck Americans are known for asking stupid questions.) Very nice shot of the modern windmills.

I know it's controversial Steve: on the one hand good for the environment, on the other hand 'horizon polution' to me.
See it in my country as well. Just a few of those windmills are sufficient to spoil a beautiful landscape, but our hunger for electricity make them necesarry.
Good post.
Regards, Cornelius.

When I saw this one, I had the same thought as Mr. C's comment. I do know that some private homeowners also use them. A good capture. ♪ ♫ :)Sandi♪ =^..^=

Good capture Steve.
I hate the things but have to admit they make a nice piture and this is a beauty.
I believe it is a good way to capture energy but a shame they are so invasive to the eye.
There is some controversy here at present about a planned new 'farm' which will spoil the countryside.

Eye these are springing up all over the North Wales coast, and I love them I have to say. I love the way that you got them all in a row like that :)
