Captured about a year ago in Homestead FL, at a private small zoo like facility. I was actually allow to pet this wolf since they are very people friendly. I'm not a fan of caged animals but this was a a nice experience
He has a nice look about him, not a fierce look. I'm not a fan of caged animals either, but would much rather seem them being take care of, and not being abused or neglected. Carlos, this is a good one. tigs=^..^=
What a sweet face he has and glad he's taken care of. We have a small rescue zoo locally, and the animals look so loved that some of them actually look like they are smiling! The animals are doted on. Anyway, this is a good shot.
Since our modern dogs all sprang from the Eurasian Gray wolf, somewhere between 15,000 and 40,000 years ago, today's wolf still has the potential too be gentle and, like humans, the method used in their upbringing makes all the difference in whether they're kind or vicious. A lesson for some of today's "parents." I did once pet the pet wolf of a co-worker years ago; a definite thrill.
