Having spent a number of years going after a fine art degree, I've always appreciated the sort of pop art that uses everyday objects to make a statement. I'll have to study this one a while to figure out what that statement might be but I do like the "crusting" the artist applied to the bike before the bright colors. My only questions would be: 1) why is that woman on the far right handcuffing the man in front of her, and 2) how do I get police women in my city to wear long, slinky gowns for uniforms? :D
