Well, I have no idea what ^inti^ stands for but I do believe that this is the courtroom of the blue-winged Goggle Bird. Note the frog master-at-arms positioned below the throne; he is there in case any flies get past the guards. Goggle birds hate flies. Flies are just so altogether ookey.

John, like 'Nik', I've no idea where 'Inti' stands for.
Doesn't matter, because even without any explanation we can enjoy a masterfully done, and intriguing render. The shape, patterns, and colors are fascinating. Simply another high level artwork from you!
