When I'm ridin' 'round the world
And I'm doin' this and I'm signin' that
And I'm tryin' to make some girl, who tells me
Baby, better come back maybe next week
Can't you see I'm on a losing streak?
I can't get no, oh, no, no, no, hey, hey, hey
That's what I say, I can't get no, I can't get no
I can't get no satisfaction, no satisfaction
No satisfaction, no satisfaction
I can't get no
Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction

There had been Never Said a Mumblin' Word, which did things with
sound different from what occurred in Don Giovanni, Xerxes,
or The Bohemian Girl‐you know, The Bohemian Girl of Balfe.
Sound is looking for new illustrations showing the might, glory,
findingness, and abandon of man.
Yah, and Oh, Lord, there was the St. Louis Blues.
Sounds were made to fall into different places in this.
Notes behaved otherwise.
Something in you expected a note here, and it was there.
Something in you expected a note to be this way and it was that.
Eli Siegel, Hymn To Jazz And The Like

I Can't Go For That, Cee Lo Green and Daryl Hall

The Thrill is Gone and Summertime, Milk'n Blues

Hurt, Violet Orlandi

Emmanuel, Chris Botti, Caroline Campbell, and Sinfonia Varsovia

John, the quote/song text 'I can't get no satisfaction' does remind me of the recently passing away of Charlie Watts, the drummer and most gentle member of the 'Rolling Stones'. Gives your post a somewhat nostalgic feeling.
I like to say however that the other quote and the music links are very well chosen too. They 'frame' your beautiful render much better than a real frame could ever do.
It was (and still is) nice to enjoy a post from you again. Thank you very much for that!

If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins! Please CLICK HERE to see my journal! Feel free to save my images or to add them to your favorites.

There is definitely a rhythm to the shapes here, John, and the waxy smooth character of the shapes in the upper portion of the image is much like the imagery on the covers of my numerous soft jazz CDs, and of the music within (yes, I admit to owning about 600-700 of the disks; a sure sign of old age, if you ask my sons, that is ;o).
