Although this person seems to be capable to walk on water, think to see by his attitude that he's disappointed somewhat. Could be that he realizes that it's still a long way to go to reach his destination, ☺ .

I'm just trying to figure out what this guy is doing. Is he on a submerged platform? A sandbar? As for what he's doing, I think he's wiping water from his face and eyes, like he just arrived in this spot. I'm not sure if I'd call it manic but it certainly is bizarre.
